Digital Products & Memberships

  • All purchases of digital products, subscriptions, or memberships are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Because digital content is delivered immediately, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations except where required by law.

Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Refunds may be requested within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.

Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at josh@buckeyehunterhub.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and correct any errors promptly.
